Processing & Dispatch
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Express Post orders are prioritised over Standard orders; however, we cannot guarantee same-day dispatch regardless of when your order is placed.
- All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Delivery Estimates
- Australia: 2–6 business days (Standard), 1–3 business days (Express)
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days (Standard), 3–7 business days (Express)
- Rest of the World: 7–21 business days (Standard)
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs delays, peak periods, or postal service disruptions beyond our control.
Tracking
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email with your delivery details. You’ll also receive a tracking link to monitor your parcel at any time.
Authority to Leave
All deliveries are tracked and require a signature on delivery. We do not offer Authority to Leave requests.
PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
Yes we deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
Customs & Taxes (International Orders)
- The Pierced Edit is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or taxes charged by your country upon delivery.
- These charges are the responsibility of the receiver.
- If you refuse to pay customs fees and the parcel is returned, we cannot issue a refund.
- Delays caused by customs are outside of our control.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
We are not responsible for delays once an order has been lodged with Australia Post. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please get in touch with Australia Post directly with your tracking number. We are happy to assist where possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. The Pierced Edit is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your parcel is returned to us, redelivery can be arranged, but additional shipping fees may apply.
