Are your products safe for new piercings?
Our jewellery is always brand new and untouched, but it’s not sterilised. For fresh piercings, you’ll need to have your piece sterilised by a professional piercer before wearing it. That way, you get both safety and style.
What materials do you use?
Only the good stuff. Think implant-grade titanium and 14k/18k gold. Each product page spells it out, so you know exactly what’s touching your skin.
Are items sold individually or in pairs?
All our jewellery is sold individually unless we say otherwise. If something’s sold as a pair, you’ll see it loud and clear in the description.
Do you sell piercing needles or offer piercing services?
Nope, we’re all about the jewellery, not the needle. You’ll need to visit your piercer for the poke.
Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we deliver to your door, no matter where you are, with tracked and signed delivery.
How much is shipping?
- Australia: Standard $10 | Express $15
- New Zealand: Standard $10 | Express $25
- Rest of World: Standard $20
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Australia: 2–6 business days (Standard), 1–3 business days (Express)
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days (Standard), 3–7 business days (Express)
- Rest of World: 7–21 business days (Standard)

Do you ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers?
Absolutely.
Can I request Authority to Leave?
Nope, we want your jewellery landing safely in your hands, so a signature is always required.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
For hygiene reasons, all sales are final. No change-of-mind returns or swaps. Please double-check your size and style before you hit checkout.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
On the rare chance your order isn’t perfect, contact us within 7 days. We’ll review it, and if it’s our slip-up, we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
All the usual suspects — major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Shopify-supported payment methods.
Can I use Afterpay / Buy Now Pay Later?
Not just yet. As a new business starting, we don’t offer Buy Now Pay Later options right now, but it’s definitely something we’re considering for the future.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If you catch us before your order ships, we’ll try to help. Once it’s been packed and posted, it’s officially yours.
Product Condition
- All items are sold individually unless otherwise stated.
- All jewellery is supplied in factory condition, new and unused.
- We do not provide sterilised products. Any sterilisation required should be carried out by a professional piercer before insertion.

What currency is the website in?
All products are displayed in AUD (Australian Dollar). Your orders are processed in AUD and are converted to the local currency via your bank or payment method.
